Volunteer

Contact Ministries depends on the generosity of volunteers who share their time and talents in the service of others.  Whether you are a member of a group that would like to take on a large project such as painting or mentoring our mothers, or if you would just like to read a book to a child, we certainly have a project for you.

Volunteer training occurs every Wednesday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

Some of the opportunities that are available include:

Childcare:  To provide on-site babysitting so our moms can attend classes. Monday thru Friday, 9am to Noon

Handyman:  To assist with building maintenance and upkeep

Basement Boutique:  Wednesday and Friday, 9am to Noon

Front Desk:  Monday thru Friday, 9am to Noon

Cooks:  Groups/individuals to prepare meals for shelter residents (See details below)

Administrative Personnel:  Individuals to assist with administrative/ clerical/ computer work in the office

Organize Food or Toy Drives
